Marketing Intern

How would you like to intern for an innovative live and predictive intelligence tech startup in the DC area? TransVoyant is looking for a Marketing Intern to join our entrepreneurial-minded team. In this position, you will be a key element in driving field, brand and employee marketing and communications. You will work with the marketing and sales teams to develop external marketing strategies ranging from social media to conferences. Additionally, you will collaborate with operations to facilitate internal communications and company gatherings.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement marketing plans and programs that increase awareness and drive lead engagement
  • Collaborate with operations to support company culture, communications, and internal events
  • Generate industry-focused content, including blog posts for the TransVoyant website, articles for industry publications, and press releases
  • Contribute to corporate and thought leader social media marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with marketing demand generation team to drive leads into sales funnel through lead research, email campaigns, events, and online calls to action

 

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • B2B tech marketing experience is a plus
  • Exceptional written communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with sales and marketing tools – such as Salesforce, email marketing, social media platforms, etc. – in addition to traditional Office software (PPT, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-changing environment
  • Creative thinker aware of latest marketing trends and techniques
